Half a Year........gone.
I can not believe it's already almost the middle of June. Where has this year gone? Work has curtailed my hopes of adventuring so far. We took a vacation to Charleston, SC in March. I loved the beach, even though it was colder there than it was at home in Ohio! I started putting miles under my feet again ,walking the shoreline, and even running my first 2 runs in a while! When we got home, I started running consistently 3x a week, and I have been since April. I've run 50 miles since March 21st. That's not a lot for some people who do that in a week, but its about the consistency for me. Unfortunately I've been fighting a calf injury for the last month. It's probably a pull, hopefully not a tear, but I have a doctors appointment on Monday, so my miles have been curtailed.
